Cancellation

Here we inform you about your statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing in our online shop.

Tickets for events and dated visits

For day tickets with a fixed visit date and for booked event dates there is no statutory right of withdrawal (§ 312g (2) no. 9 German Civil Code, leisure events tied to a date). A cancellation or rebooking is therefore only possible in exceptional cases and after consultation with us.

Annual passes, vouchers and other goods

For annual passes, vouchers and other purchases not tied to a date, you have the statutory right of withdrawal under § 355 German Civil Code. You may withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded or the goods are delivered.

How to declare your withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or letter) to the details given in our imprint, or use the online form below.
